reflections on teachers teaching

Reflections on Teachers and Teaching

“Teaching is the noblest job in the world,” our teacher in H.E.L.E. said. He has been telling us over and over again. He said that teaching is not profession but a noble job. Our teacher wants us to understand that teaching is not an easy thing to do. "A lawyer is a profession because a lawyer has a big salary, but a teacher has less salary, "he said. He can say that it is noble because teaching id a very tiresome job. Teaching had-headed students is a very difficult task.

On the KYSD, I applied a position as a Sci-C teacher and a Hometech teacher but, I wasn’t accepted by Sir Nellas but on the other side, Mme. Gallo appointed me as the teacher to substitute her. On the day of the interview there were many Bartlett people at the faculty room. After each interview was asking the one was interviewed already if the questions were difficult. Many answered yes. So were so nervous at that time. Many thought that we made some “sip sip” things so Mme. Gallo accepted us. Many questioned us about our teaching. They said that we were not worthy for the positions because we don’t know about Science. Actually, we were accepted because Mme. Gallo fined us worthy of being a teacher. Besides, we were the only ones who applied for the position. And since the lesson was quite long, so she accepted us. On the day of our teaching, the people in Villamor were so noisy because they don’t want to listen to us. Others hate us and others are just talking. We were explaining the lessons quickly because we are running out of time but we made sure that they understood the lessons. During our teaching, there were students who participated in our discussion actively and I would like to thank those people especially Chloe and Mayflor and Roxenne. And I’m very sorry for those who weren’t mentioned. I am so disappointed of the way they treated us. They didn’t respect us. Somebody said that they didn’t respect us because they hate us. I don’t like to hate. But they hated me. And I don’t know why. I don’t know why there is still hatred in this world. Why can’t we just live in a world full of love and friendship? Why can’t we just live fairly? Why can’t we live in a very respectful atmosphere so no one would be hurt? But since this is life, we should live it to the fullest. And live peacefully with your loved ones.

By the way I had a fun experience during that day. I had fun teaching students who are really listening to us. And I felt what the teachers feel when teaching their students. The teachers feel bad when students don’t listen to them. We should treasure our teachers because they were the ones who opened our eyes into this big world called “earth.” The teachers know what is best for their students. Listen to them. They are unforgettable.
